Feedback Biodynamic Trainer & Teacher Workshop 2022

GOALS

To enhance know-how and individual awareness on adult education and Biodynamic Training.
To strengthen the spiritual/anthroposophical basis of biodynamic training and education and to develop a common fundament for biodynamic education worldwide.
To identify and understand the status quo of the different training impulses worldwide.
To develop capacities and empower local biodynamic organizations.
To strengthen the cooperation of neighbouring biodynamic training organisations and initiatives.

MEASURES & OUTCOMES

Local Trainers work together to organize regional workshops and online training meetings. resulting in an empowered and connected network of Biodynamic Trainers worldwide.
The Worldwide Map on Biodynamic Training & Teaching Initiatives is updated with Trainers & Training organization key information.
A reflection on the "Principles of Biodynamic Education” will be carried out during each workshop (and/or online meeting) to identify participants´ visions and thoughts. This with the aim of setting this down in a "Charter for Biodynamic Education" in the next few years.
Four Online Training Meeting to connect and exchange with the rest of the international community.
Each local Team of Trainers develop and present a Final Report on the workshop. Including key activities, main outcomes, learning experiences, pictures, etc.
A Questionnaire to evaluate and reflect on the workshop to be carried out at the end of each workshop (Questionnaire that will be reviewed and repeated during the next Conference in 2025).
A "Handbook for Biodynamic Training" is published and shared with the international community early 2023. This Handbook will collect among others holistic Training exercises developed by BD trainers worldwide and main insights on adult education collected from each regional Training workshops.
