Tickets

Conference tickets cover the full program, including breakfast, lunch, coffee breaks, and dinner.

Accommodation

Conference tickets with accommodation include four nights at the Royal Agricultural University. Check-in is on 31 August, and check-out is on 4 September. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, you can book additional nights directly with the university by contacting shortstay@rau.ac.uk.

Reduced price

Eligible for the reduced price are students (undergraduate, graduate, or PhD candidates), retired and seniors, unemployed, people with assistance needs, and attendees arriving from countries outside of Europe.

Financial Support

A small amount of funding is available for those who would not be able to attend the conference without financial support. If you wish to apply for support, you can submit your application here.

Excursions after the conference

If you wish to participate in an excursion, you can reserve your spot above. The cost for excursions is separate from the conference ticket and can be paid on-site in GBP. The price includes the full excursion program, bus transfers, as well as meals and accommodation if applicable.
