Next course starting in August 2026!
Are you a teacher of Biodynamic Agriculture, you love what you do, but perhaps you experience some frustrations and are yearning for greater impact?
You may sense your potential for a greater contribution, but sometimes leave your classes unsatisfied. Your participants might not be engaging as much as you wished, and you may leave wondering how much they’ve actually learned from your class. You might question whether you know enough. Preparing classes may be exhausting as you struggle with fitting a lot of content into a short amount of time.
Does any of this feel familiar?
The Biodynamic Federation Demeter International and the Section for Agriculture are continuing their collaboration with adult education teacher Ambra Sedlmayr to bring a course on Anthroposophical Adult Education to Biodynamic educators.
The ‘Designing Holistic Learning Processes’ course builds on the experience of the ‘High impact course development lab’ – a pilot course on adult education developed for the Biodynamic movement last year.
The ‘Designing Holistic Learning Processes’ course will guide you step by step on how to think about course development in order to enhance students’ learning and thereby cause real change in their lives.
Past participants have shared that their confidence and motivation to teach increased as a result of the principles they’ve learned in this course. As they started to implement the new approach, they noticed that their sudents ‘woke up’, became exponentially more interested and engaged and reported about learning and implementation more. Courses became much more enjoyable and fun, both for teachers and learners, while the learning outcomes became significantly better than with methods used previously.
Even seasoned teachers valued the tools and perspectives learned in this course, and felt they were able to tweak their courses and create improved versions.
The ‘Designing Holistic Learning Processes’ course is for you if you want to deepen your know-how in holistic, anthroposophical adult education, and to increase your confidence and impact in teaching Biodynamic Agriculture.
