A workshop in collaboration with Entheos in Lerin (Navarro, Spain)
Languages: English and Spanish
How can sensory perception skills be encouraged so that sensible and appropriate decisions can be made and independent action can be taken?
For every farmer, perception is an important part of their daily work. Decisions on the farm with regard to soil, plants and animals are essentially based on perceptions and experiences. The ability to improve the perception of nature is fundamental for farmers and is needed to develop higher senses; this is crucial for a healthy agriculture of the future.
After identifying different approaches to perception through qualitative research in a pilot project, these are to be further elaborated and classified on the one hand and verified through further qualitative research in different biodynamic specialities (soil, plant, animal) on the other. We want to enter into dialogue with the farmers and find out how they perceive both the material world and the immaterial realm. What tools or methods are available to farmers to find sustainable solutions to current challenges? What roles do classical science, the Goethean approach, intuition or the emotional level play?
We will be happy to answer any questions you may have.
