Learning Biodynamics as a Path of Transformation
We are engaged so that the experiences and the enthusiasm for biodynamic agriculture can be passed on. In the field of work "training in biodynamic agriculture" we work closely with the Biodynamic Federation-Demeter International (BFDI). Together with a network of trainers from all over the world we set short and long term goals for training, we support projects and help in facilitation or networking.
We also develop and implement our own projects in the field of training. Since November 2021 we offer regular online courses on various topics of Biodynamic Agriculture. At Heliopolis University in Sekem Egypt, employees of the Section for Agriculture accompany the education and training "biodynamic agriculture" in combination with a "train the trainer" training.
Biodynamic Trainer and Teacher Conference
Together with BFDI, international conferences for biodynamic trainers are organized on a regular basis. The first international biodynamic training conference took place in Dornach, Switzerland in 2019. The second international meeting in 2022 was organized and held in four continents and with four different teams. Each region approached the overarching theme of "Learning Biodynamics as a Path of Transformation" according to local interests, needs and circumstances.
More than 200 young and experienced biodynamic trainers and teachers from more than 35 countries participated in the four training workshops. In addition, about 40 people met in each of the four online train-the-trainer meetings. The next biodynamic trainers meeting is planned for 2025.
