Deepen – exchange – grow: We would like to invite professionals in nutrition including cooks, chefs, therapists, nutritionists, doctors, farmers, processors, and anyone with a deep interest in nutrition, to participate in a series of online meetings on Dynamic Nutrition.
The aim of these online sessions is to deepen and share aspects, insights and knowledge about nutrition. This will be an opportunity to build a network on a professional level on nutrition, exchange and work together on current questions, and envision how to continue to spread knowledge and awareness of Dynamic nutrition around the world.
Healthy food grown in harmony with nature and in living soils, is important for a sustainable and fulfilling life. Our choice of food does not only affect the world in which we live in. Individually, we need to ask what kinds of foods support healthy physical, emotional and mental development. The forces that some food can stimulate in us are essential for our wellbeing. Looking beyond nutrients means adopting a dynamic perspective to nutrition.
