The increasingly acute environmental and health crises (pandemics etc.) lead to ever more stringent regulations and standards which increasingly restrict farmers’ freedom of action. But that freedom is essential for farms to adapt to their terroir by developing a creative and robust agriculture that is able to deal in innovative ways with the challenges associated with climate change.
Is it possible to develop a responsible agriculture that is able to bring together respect for the earth and humanity with the farmers’ freedom of action?
