Deepen-exchange-grow: Creative ways of biodynamic farming

Join us to discuss with Tom Saat (https://stadsboerderijalmere.nl/) how farmers can develop resilient and context-sensitive agricultural systems by creatively addressing regional challenges and making the most of local opportunities. Through sound biodynamic practices, the thoughtful use of technology, appropriate scaling, and strong relationships with markets, Tom Saat is able to reduce costs and prices and increase public awareness of the quality of biodynamic food.

Realities differ, and circumstances vary so much that a simple copy-paste approach isn't possible. But what insights and ideas can we draw from this for other projects or farms? What role does the farmer play within the unique context of their farm? As a biodynamic farmer and entrepreneur in your region, what challenges do you face, and what chances have come from them? Let’s open up this space for exchange and exploration of individual biodynamic farming approaches around the world to get inspired.

Let’s connect, share ideas and relevant reading already in advance! Post your questions and/or challenges you face already beforehand in the BD Network so that we can address pressing questions in the meeting:
