Recent research findings on the relationship between organic food production, consumption and human health will be presented as well as the whole food chain, nutritive value of organic products, organic urban farming and pesticide residues in the urine of the fruit producers.
The session is organized by FQH (The International Research Association for Organic Food Quality and Health) and moderated by Dr. Jostein Hertwig, Executive Director of the Global Alliance for Organic Districts.
As one of the scientific contributors Jasmin will talk about Properties of food systems needed for a sustainable development and reflect on the quality of collaboration within a food system as a key for success, satisfaction of all actors and sustainability.
