The demand for a training for future advisors and further training for existing advisors has grown in the last years. Within the international biodynamic advisors community (See Directory of Biodynamic Advisors) we have discussed ways to support and guide prospective advisors on their path and in their training. There are two elements which we would like to offer as a group and support prospective advisors to gain practical experience and learn by doing: Check out the two elements "Mentoring" and "Own Project".

To support people to further educate and develop, we set up an online course offer at the Section for Agriculture where existing and prospective advisors can deepen their knowledge, broaden their understanding of biodynamics and strengthen their ability to work independently with the Agriculture Course and Goethean approaches. The Biodynamic Federation-Demeter International as well plans to offer further online courses on standards and regulations and in addition continues to offer peer group learning, the Advisors-to-advisors-training ATAT.

With the Peer Review Quality System we formed a network of national and international advisers who wish to strengthen and further develop the biodynamic movement. The advisers commit to the jointly agreed principles of the biodynamic advisory services by signing a charter. A Quality Development Review with two colleagues takes place upon entry to the quality system and every three years thereafter, in order to guarantee and further develop the quality of the biodynamic advisory service and ensure the creation of transparency and trust.
