We decided to reshape the online course on Associative Economics which was planned to take place from 6th to 30th March. But we still think that this important topic needs attention, especially in the current challenging times when many people face a many uncertainties. We want to look at the topic from a very practical angle. During seven online sessions we will explore the topic of associative economics in depth, reflect on it and every participant will be invited to work on their own individual question, to go through a guided process in order to open up new ways to address complex challenges. In seven online sessions we will deepen the topic of Associative Economics, reflect and exchange ideas, and also introduce the U-Theory. We will base the workshop both on the associative principles described by Rudolf Steiner and on the U-Theory of C. Otto Scharmer.
A feedback from a participant of the course:
“I found the class of 2023 very well organised and balanced. With exercises and reflections inspired by Klaus Otto Scharmer's very practical "U Theory picture" we went from the spiritual world's involvement to practical questions stimulating how we may work on our farms with nature, labour and spirit in payments, loans and gifts. During the seven sessions of classes, beholding each other's shining faces from around the globe (six continents), some more vocal yet all farmers in the Associative Economy class seeking a way to evolve on their spot of earth, from linear thinking to the considerations of associating in a circle of economy. All the while we could learn from each other's situations and consider new thoughts. Ueli Hurter led us into the picture that Archangel Michael stands there in free courageous silence, and therefore with encouragement to bring the future into finding the true price i.e. transactions of human beings so that young people will be involved to care for the Earth. This class is an important effort to meet the agricultural and world challenges of our time: the New Round Tables for the Future wherever we are located! I enthusiastically recommend this class to other farmers, and agriculturally involved people! May the Associative Economy actualise!"
