For 46 years, the long-term DOK trial has been studying the impact of the agricultural systems commonly used in Switzerland (biodynamic, organic, and conventional). For the first time, these well-regarded research findings are being shared with a broader audience. The conclusion is clear: sustainable farming lies in organic agriculture, particularly the biodynamic approach. The biodynamic system stands out in three key areas: it consistently builds humus over the years, fosters more vibrant soils, and has a significantly lower climate impact.
