Three very different activists, all united by the will to further establish biodynamic quality, kicked off the Agricultural Conference 2022. While Arizona Muse, as a model, focuses in particular on the quality issue in the fashion industry, Carlo Petrini, the founder of the Slow Food movement, wants high-quality and fairly produced food. Nutritionist Maike Ehrlichmann, who successfully uses "intuitive nutrition" in her counselling, also advocates this. This teaches us to listen to the body's signals and thus gives us certainty about what and how much we should eat. The contributions of these three speakers are now freely accessible on YouTube.
