We live in a time of global change. Our environment, our social interactions and our view of the economy are changing and in constant flux. Farming is also facing a series of critical changes. Climate change, loss of soil quality and quantity, loss of biodiversity and water pollution create major new problems for agriculture all over the world. The question of how we will be able to live healthily in future is also becoming more pressing. This includes healthy nutrition with healthy foodstuffs from a healthy soil.
Biodynamic farmers, processors and traders have been around for almost 100 years but are still pioneers in sustainability.
They are now present all over the world, living and working with concepts such as the "agricultural organism", land-based animal husbandry, innovative practices in plant breeding, networked value chains, vibrant workshops for food production and associative economics.
This is what we want to showcase with the different living farms projects: living concepts, and inspiring people and their experiences on the way to a sustainable future.
