We will learn from Peter Konrad, Raw Material Manager in Demeter e.V. about the volume of organic and Demeter market in Germany and developments in the organic and Demeter market. He will present quantitative information, and useful insights on how the market is functioning, which products are asked for and what the challenges are.
The aim is to raise awareness on both the exporting side amongst the recognised advisors as well as on the receiving side of the market within Demeter e.V. on what are pitfalls and opportunities on both ends. There will be plenty of opportunity to discuss topics and ask questions and we can look together how to thematise more issues on the Market topic.
